Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before shipment
- If the order that you want to cancel has not been started yet, you can cancel the order by signing in to your IndieTap account and going to the "my orders" section.
- You can then view the order that you would like to cancel and then select the cancel order option.
- In such cases, your order will be automatically cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within a maximum of 10 days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Returns & Refund Policy
- In the unlikely event of unsatisfied class, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.
- Please inform us of such a case within 3 days of class completion by following these steps:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team by sending us an email on support@indietap.com or call us on 80101 34567 (Mon to Sat, 10am - 6pm) within 3 days of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide Us with your order number, issue related to your item/s and suitable images of the item/s.
Step 3: We will review your request basis which we will initiate a refund or replacement. Please note, we may have the item/s in question picked up for our internal assessment and quality control. The refund may take up to a maximum of 10 days to be credited to your account.
Exchange Policy
- Please check the return policy associated with a product before placing an order.
- In case the item is eligible for exchange, then you may request for a return of the product within 3 days of class completion by following these steps:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team by sending us an email on support@indietap.com or call us on 80101 34567 (Mon to Sat, 10am - 6pm) within 3 days of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide Us with your order details and your request to exchange items in your order. Kindly add an image of the item/s for our reference.
Step 3: We will review your request and will accordingly arrange for the pickup of the products. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by our seller in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
